da ich die Möglichkeit habe ab sofort in eine tolle WG zu wechseln, suche ich so bald wie möglich einen Nachmieter für meine 1 Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung glänzt durch ihre noch recht neue Einbauküche, eine Logia, eine sehr angenehme Lage, tolle Nachbarn und einen spitzenklasse Hausverwalter, auf den man sich echt verlassen kann.
Wer auf Döner nu Studenten steht, wird sich in der Metzstr. richtig wohl fühlen. Naja, das legendäre Dönerdreieck ist halt ein paar Häuser weiter.
Sollte sich jemand finden, der Interesse an der Bide hat, können wir gerne sofort den Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung herstellen. Als ich mich damals interssiert habe, gab es keinerlei bürokratische Hürden.
Vielleicht mache ich noch Fotos. Ansonsten schreibt mir, wenn ihr Fragen habt oder gar mal Gucken kommen wollt!
