Meine zentral gelegene 1-Zimmer Wohnung wird zur Untermiete frei vom 15.01. - 30.04.2023. Sie ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt vom Kieler Hauptbahnhof im Stadtteil Südfriedhof.
Die Miete kostet 450€ pro Monat inkl. aller Nebenkosten (Wasser, Internet, Strom). Es gibt alles, was man im Alltag benötigt: voll ausgestattete Küche, Bett, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle etc :)
Die Wohnung ist zwar offiziell nur 20qm groß, aufgrund der Dachschrägen ist die Grundfläche jedoch deutlich größer.
Die Wohnung ist nur für eine einzelne Person geeignet aufgrund der Größe.
Da die Wohnung fußläufig zum Kieler Hauptbahnhof liegt, ist sie für Pendler optimal geeignet. Sämtliche Buslinien sind dort verfügbar, sodass man optimal angebunden ist.
Zur Kieler Universität sind es etwa 15min mit Fahrrad oder 20-25min mit dem Bus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts 5min entfernt im Sophienhof (Edeka, Netto, Rossmann, DM, etc).
Die Parkplatzsituation ist eher schwierig, aber irgendwie findet man immer irgendetwas :)
