Diese schöne helle Wohnung in bester Südstadtlage sucht neue Nachmieter. Mein Vertrag endet zum 31.3.24 und ich suche schon ab 1.2.24 eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen hellen Wohn/Schlafraum mit ca 30qm, viel Fensterfläche und einem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und ist trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Abgetrennt vom Wohnraum befindet sich eine kleine Küche. Neben einem Flur mit Garderobe gibt es ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Severinsviertel unweit der Severinstraße in der Südstadt. Fußläufig sind viele Geschäfte, Einkaufsläden, ein Kino, Restaurants, Bars und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Zum Rhein sind es nur ca 10 min zu Fuß, in die Innenstadt ca 15 min. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es mit Anwohnerparkausweis in den umliegenden Straßen.

Übernommen werden müsste die aktuell in der Wohnung befindliche Einrichtung für 750€ (Bett, Tisch, Stühle, Regal, Vorhänge, Lampen, Garderobe, Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank). Die Wände dürfen beliebig gestrichen werden, müssen aber bei Auszug weiß sein.
