Ab dem 01.03.2011 wird meine kleine Wohnung im Belgischen Viertel frei. Hier noch einige Eckdaten:
Köln-Nord - Belgisches Viertel: Höhe Stadtgarten
Separate Einraumwohnung mit Etagenbadbenutzung (insgesamt nutzen 2 Personen das Bad).
Teilmöbliert: Küchenzeile (mit Kühlschrank und Herd) und ein Hochbett sind vorhanden.
Nach Absprache wäre auch eine Überlassung weiterer Möbel (Couch, Schreibtisch, etc.) möglich.
Alles zu Fuß schnell erreichbar (KVB, Supermärkte, Ärzte, Apotheken, Post, Park etc.).
ÖPNV:
Hans-Böckler-Platz: Linie 5,3,4
Friesenplatz: Linie 12,15
Bahnhof West/Hans-Böckler-Platz: Regionalzüge
