Hallo liebe Leute. Ich vermiete meine schöne, sonnige vollmöblierte Wohnung mit Balkon nur für eine Einzelperson in Ehrenfeld ab 15 Februar bis Ende Mai (ab 10Feb ist auch möglich). Ich suche jemanden, der meine Wohnung ordentlich und sauber hält und ab und zu meine Pflanzen gießt. Ich habe ruhige Nachbarn, es ist also definitiv keine Partywohnung. Bitte schreibe mir, wenn du Interesse hast, in einer ruhigen und gemütlichen Wohnung in einer der besten Gegenden Kölns zu wohnen.

Zwei Rewe sind gleich nebenan (Bei Subbalrather Str und Lenauplatz)
Die Linien 5 und 13 sind in 3 Minuten und der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke. Gibt es viele Cafes gute Bars und restaurants wo mann sich genießen kann.

Falls wir dem Aufenthalt zustimmen, benötige ich Ihre 3 Monatsgehälter, Ihren Arbeitsvertrag oder eine Schufa (request now) -Auskunft und einen Nachweis, dass Sie haftpflichtversichert sind. Miete ingesamt mit alles in 790 Euros und Kaution ist 1000 Euro. Anmeldung in meine Wohnung ist nicht möglich deswegen bitte nicht schreiben wenn brauchen Sie eine Anmeldung.
