Da Ich für 3 Monate ein Praktikum wonders antrete, vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer im privaten Wohnheim Quartillion.

Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden, was man so zum Leben braucht:
- Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, zwei Herdplatten und einem kleinen Stehtisch mit Barhocker
- Bad mit großer Dusche
- Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regalen, Schreibtisch und Stuhl

Waschräume sind im Keller. Es gibt auch einen Gemeinschaftsraum, in dem immer wieder Partys stattfinden :) Außerdem gibt es einen Innenhof!

Die Miete beträgt insg. 630€ warm.

Hi!
As I am doing an internship in the summer for 3 months, I am subletting my nice studio in Quartillion Dorm.

Everything you need to live is there:
- Kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove, standing table with chair
- bathroom with a big shower
- bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair

Washing machines are in the basement. There is also a common room where parties are held and an inner courtyard!

Rent is 630€ and includes utilities as well.

Das Gebäude ist super angebunden. Linie 13 liegt im Prinzip direkt vor der Haustür und ist in nur 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Linien 3 und 4 sind auch in 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur S-Bahn Haltstelle Köln-Ehrenfeld benötigt man ca. 10 Minuten.
Ein Aldi ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Ansonsten kommt man zur Einkaufsstraße in 7 Minuten, wo Drogerien, Cafés und Restaurants zu finden sind.

All public transport is easily accessible. Line 13 is basically right outside the front door and can be reached in just 2 minutes. Lines 3 and 4 can also be reached on foot in 6 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the Cologne-Ehrenfeld S-Bahn station.
An Aldi is only 3 minutes away. Otherwise, you can get to the shopping street in 7 minutes, where you will find drugstores, cafes and restaurants.
