Seperate Küche, Keller mit Waschmaschine.
Haltestelle Piusstr. (Linie 3 und 4) nur 1 Gehminute entfernt und Haltestelle Gutenbergstr. (Linie 5) 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit der Bahn dauert es 3 Minuten zum Friesenplatz, 6 Minuten zum Neumarkt.
Der Bahnhof Ehrenfeld ist auch fußläufig erreichbar.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe, ca. 3 Minuten entfernt (Kaufland, Bioladen, Apotheke, Dm, Rewe etc.)
