The apartment is in Ehrenfeld, a lively 'artistic' district of Cologne with some great cafes. The apartment is 2 minutes from the U-bahn Leyendeckerstrasse (Lines 3 and 4), which take about 10 minutes into the city centre.
It is fully furnished, and well distributed, with a 15m2 living-room kitchen and a 15m2 bedroom. It also has an ample bathroom and an entrance hallway.
We require somebody renting it for both months, as we are travelling, and cannot easily arrange for a change in subletter! We would hand over the keys 6-10th Feb, and the apartment is available until midday 13th April. (700euros for 2 months)

Ehrenfeld is a popular area for nightlife and art - it also has a good range of lively cafes, bars and plenty of options in supermarkets. The closest is 150 metres from the house.
The view is into the shared garden, which has fully grown trees and no immediate neighbours opposite.
It is quiet.
Washing machine, mattress and tables are all new, and the kitchen is large and equipped with an oven, electric hob and a fridge. ... as well as our cooking and eating things.
