Die Wohnung ist ca. 25qm groß. Sie hat einen schönen Laminatboden und ein Wannenbad mit Waschmaschine. Die separate Küche, die außerdem mit einem Induktionsherd ausgestattet ist, ist groß genug, dass man dort gemütlich sitzen kann.
In der Gesamtmiete ist alles enthalten (Internet, Strom etc.)
In der Sömmeringstraße gelegen ist die Wohnung super zentral, 3 min Fußweg zur Haltestelle Venloerstr./Gürtel und zum Bahnhof Ehrenfeld. Auf der Venloerstraße findet man alles, was man braucht (Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Aldi etc.), Drogerie (DM, Rossmann), Apotheke, Gastro). Außerdem besticht Ehrenfeld mit schönen Cafés und nachts mit Clubs/Bars. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung aber sehr ruhig, da sie nach hinten, Richtung Innenhof gelegen ist.
Meine Wohnung ist vom 01.09 bis 30.09. frei. Ich bin aber sehr flexibel, falls jemand früher oder später einziehen/ausziehen möchte. Bitte schickt mir einfach bei Interesse/Fragen eine Mail mit ein paar Infos über euch (vor allem mit Angaben zu dem Zeitraum, der euch am besten passen würde)!
