Die unmittelbare Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Verkehrsanbindung spitze. Zu den U-Bahnlinien 3 und 4 sind es fünf Min zu Fuß, zur Linie 13 knappe 10 min. Zum S- und Regionalbahnhof Ehrenfeld 12 min.
Jede Menge Kneipen (Live-Music Hall, Club-Bahnhof Ehrenfeld etc.), Bars, Restaurants und das Cinenova –Kino sind fußläufig prima zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3 min entfernt.
