Ich suche eine Untermieterin von September bis Juli für meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist 46 qm und hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Flur, eine getrennte Küche und sogar noch einen Abstellraum. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung über einen großen Balkon zur Südseite, der im Sommer wie ein zweites Wohnzimmer ist.
Die Wohnung liegt in Lindethal in der Nähe vom Stadtwald. Die Anbindung ist super, (Bus (136,146), Bahn (7, 9, 13)). Trotz der guten Anbindung liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen ist die Dürener Straße mit vielen Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ich suche eine ruhige Untermieterin, die ein gutes Verständnis von Sauberkeit hat und selbstverständlich ordentlich mit meinen Möbeln umgeht :)
