ich suche wegen eines Auslandsaufenthaltes einen Zwischenmieter für mein schönes kleines Appartment.
Es liegt ganz ruhig und grün in Köln-Lindenthal. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 5-10 Minuten in der Uni oder am Rudolfplatz. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Dürener Strasse), der Stadtwald und KVB-Haltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Es verfügt über einen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne, eine Küchenzeile, und ein kleines Bad mit Toilette und Waschbecken.
Dusche/ Badewanne ist zur Gemeinschaftsbenutzung auf dem Flur ( nur 5 Meter).
Möblierung kann nach Absprache abgestimmt werden.
