Ich biete meine 1,5 Zimmerwohnung in super zentraler Lage vom 01.06.2023 bis zum 01.07.2023 zur Untermiete an. Die Wohnung wird voll möbliert vermietet und hat in der Küche alles, was man braucht. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist von der Lage her unschlagbar. Alles, was man benötigt, ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Die Haltestellen Ebertplatz und Hansaring sind etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem gibt es zweimal die Woche direkt auf dem Sudermanplatz einen Wochenmarkt, der wie ich finde, auch nochmal einen ganz besonderen Charme hat.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt mit allen Kosten 700€. Außerdem wäre eine Kaution von 400€ zu zahlen.
