Hallo ihr Lieben:)
Ich bin ab Mai für drei Monate in Berlin und vermiete daher meine Wohnung in Köln unter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche/Wohnzimmer und einem angrenzenden kleinen Schlafzimmer. Das Bad teile ich mir mit meiner lieben Nachbarin Julia.
Dadurch entsteht, natürlich nur wenn man möchte, ein bisschen WG Atmosphäre. Wir trinken auch schonmal zusammen einen Tee oder kochen gemeinsam. Julia studiert Gebärdendolmetschen und ist ein super netter offener Mensch.
Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Und es gibt eine Waschmachine.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Kwartier Latäng, also im Köner Studentenviertel.
In der Straße befinden sich sehr viele Restaurants und Bars und der Zülpicher Platz ist direkt um die Ecke.
Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung in der Regel total ruhig. Nur am Wochenende hört man manchmal etwas von der Straße.
Die Uni ist auch nur 5 Minuten entfernt und ein Rewe Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe.
