Die Wohnung ist von der Aufteilung und Lage wirklich perfekt. Sie kostest mit WLAN usw. 600€ warm.
Man hat ein geräumiges Wohn-/Esszimmer mit einem großen Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Couch, auf der eine Person auch schlafen kann. Die Küche ist nicht direkt im Raum und leicht abgetrennt. Auch im Bad hat man ausreichend Platz. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung circa 30m2 und schöne große Fenster. Einzige Mängel sind, dass sie im 5.OG liegt, was aber wirklich gut zu laufen ist, da es kein Altbau ist und dass die Wohnung KEINE Waschmaschine hat. Dafür ist der Waschsalon nur 3min zu Fuß. Das WLAN teile ich mir mit meinem Nachbar, was aber wirklich sehr gut funktioniert. Eine perfekte kleine Studentenbude :)
Von der Lage her liegt die Wohnung auch perfekt im schönen Nippes. Da die Neusser Str. Direkt vor der Tür liegt, sind Aldi, Rewe, DM usw. in Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Bahnstation Florastraße ist auch keine 5min entfernt mit der man in 10min am Rudolf ist.
Ich ziehe für die angegebene Zeit zu meinem Freund und wäre circa ab Mitte August wieder da, weshalb die Daten auch noch etwas flexibel angepasst werden könnten. Ich suche eine nette, saubere und zuverlässige Person, die auch meine Pflanzen ab und zu mal gießt🫶🌱
