Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock, im Haus sind insgesamt drei Wohnungen.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Flur, einem großen Schlaf- und Wohnraum, einer Küche, sowie einem Badezimmer.
In der Wohnung befinden sich ein Sofa, ein Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen, ein Kleiderschrank, ein Beistelltisch, ein Nachttisch, ein Bett, ein Bücherregal und ein Fernsehschrank. All diese Möbel können benutzt werden.
Unter beiden Fenstern befindet sich jeweils ein Nachtspeicherofen (https://www.heizsparer.de/heizung/heizungssysteme/elektroheizung/nachtspeicherheizung).
In der Küche befindet sich ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschublade, ein Elektroherd, eine Mini-Backofen, eine Mikrowelle und alle sonstigen Küchenutensilien, die du brauchen könntest.
Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Dusche, eine elektrische Heizung, WC, Waschbecken, Unterschrank und Hängeschrank.
Im Flur befindet sich eine Garderobe sowie zwei Schuhschränke.
Im Keller befindet sich außerdem eine Waschmaschine, die benutzt werden kann, jedoch kein Kellerabteil.

Die Wohnung liegt in Köln-Raderthal, im Süden Kölns. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar ist die Haltestelle Heeresamt, von der aus die Buslinie 131 nach Sülz bzw. Rodenkirchen fährt. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man die Haltestelle Liblarer Straße, von der ebenfalls die Linie 131 fährt, sowie die Linie 133 Richtung Köln Hauptbahnhof. In 10 Minuten erreicht man die Haltestelle Zollstock Südfriedhof, von wo aus die Linie 12 durch die Innenstadt in Richtung Merkenich fährt und die Buslinie 138 Richtung Güterverkehrszentrum. Ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreicht man die Haltestelle Leichweg, von der aus die Linien 130 und 134 zur Universität zur Köln bzw. nach Sürth fahren.
Mit dem Auto kommt man direkt auf die Autobahnen 4 und 555.
Ansonsten ist alles auch gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
