Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine kleine aber feine Wohnung. Sie ist sehr hell und hat einen großen Balkon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Obergeschoss (Aufzug ist vorhanden). Da sie nach hinten raus ist, ist sie trotz der Zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Real, Aldi, Lidl und Plus) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Uni benötigt man mit dem Fahrrad 5 Min. Die KVB Haltestelle liegt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite, Bahnhof Süd und die Zülpicherstraße sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist möbiliert d.h. eine Singelküche mit Mikrowelle, zwei Regale und eine Kommode gehören dazu.
