Hallo,
ich suche eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Sülz, Klettenberg, Lindenthal, Nippes, Südstadt, Ehrenfeld, Neuehrenfeld, Weidenpesch.
Die Wohnung sollte ca. 40qm haben und bestenfalls eine seperate Küche. Natürlich sind Extras wie Balkon und Tageslichtbad erwünscht, jedoch nicht notwendig.
Ich würde bis zu 400€/kalt ausgeben.
Der Einzug kann entweder zum 1.4. oder 1.5. stattfinden.
Ich hoffe auf rege Angebote :)
