Hello!
My name is Einav Grinberg and I am 28 years old.
I am a masters student for Geoinformatics. I’m currently subleasing in Köln Belgisches Viertel and I am looking for a 1-Room Flat to rent for a longer term from 1.9.2021 but flexible depending on the availability.
I am a DAAD scholarship holder, therefore I have guaranteed funds for monthly rent payments and for additional costs for the flat, and I can provide documents supporting my monthly scholarship income.
My hobbies include listening to music, going to live music concerts, watching movies, Netflix, traveling, practicing Yoga and Pilates, and hanging out with friends.
I am very neat, tidy and maintaining a clean environment is important to me. I would love to introduce myself in person. In addition, I have no problem with buying furniture that is left by the current tenants.
