Student seeking accommodation

I am Irish and have just completed the second year of Commerce International with German at University College Dublin. I started learning German 2 years ago when we started at university and we are moving to Cologne to improve our German and experience Germany. I am currently 20 and will be 21 in October. My main interests are sports and cars. I love going to the gym. I have a big interest in Formula 1, I try to watch as many qualifying rounds and races as possible. Being from Ireland, I also love rugby. I also like to meet up with friends and have a few beers. In October, we will attend the Business School at the University of Cologne. Being close to the university is very important to me and I think your flat is ideally located. I will be moving to Cologne in mid-September to start my Erasmus program
