Ich suche für meine äußerst feine 1 Zimmerwohnung zum 1. September einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung bemisst 23 qm, hat n kleines Bad mit Dusche, eine Kochecke und ein wunderbar großes und helles Zimmer mit Glasfront zur Sonnenseite und Grüngürtel. Der Balkon bietet Platz für entspannte Abende zu mehreren, begrillt wurde er ebenfalls schon! Allein in allem ein Träumchen!
Das ganze befindet sich im 5. Stock, das bedeutet einen feinen Ausblick ins Grüne, der vorhandene Fahrstuhl macht das ganze mehr als entspannt.
Ich hab ein paar Regale angebracht, die ich gerne da lassen will, ebenso wie die Couch und den Tisch. Passt aber äusserst geschmackvoll rein...;)
Also, schnell melden, wer zuerst kommt, malt zuerst!
Traumlage, direkt am Unisport und Uni gelegen, Zülpicherstr genau angrenzend, Linie 9 sowie alle Linien am BArbarossa Platz schnellstens erreichbar!
