Aus beruflich Grund muss ich das sehr lieb 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung zum Mittel September 2018 leider verlassen und suche nach Nachmieter ab 01.10. (ab 17.09 einziehen möglich)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG eines gepflegten Mehrfamilienhauses, ist ca. 45 qm groß, hell gestrichen und möbiliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch,Sofa usw.). Es besteht aus EBK (mit Ofen), Bad mit Badewanne. Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Neben der Küchen gibt noch sogar einem kleinen Lagerraum.
Zum Lahr Stadt Zentrum ist es nur 5-10 Gehminuten und auch Rewe (bis 24:00 offen) sind zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Bemerkung :
nur für eine Person mit unbefristet Arbeitsvertrag.
Ich suche gerne nach Nachmieter, wer meine Möbel(Bett, Matratze, Tisch, Couch Tisch, Kühlschrank, Schrank ) für 400 Euro übernehmen kann.
