Das Zimmer ist im gleichen Flur wie eine super nette wg, dessen Tür auch meistens offen steht. Trotzdem hat man eine eigene Küche und ein eigenes Bad, also seine eigene kleine Wohnung. Es ist sehr hell, perfekt für ein paar Zimmerpflanzen und man hat trotz aller Möbel genug Platz.
Mit den großen Fenstern kann man sogar die Sterne sehen und es ist perfekt um sich wohl zu fühlen

Die Wohnung ist 5 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, die nächste Bushaltestelle ist eine minute Weg. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min in der Uni, in 5 min in der Innenstadt und in 5 min am LGS (der große Park zum chillen)

Im Hof gibt es einen Parkplatz, auf dem man für 25€ im monat sein auto abstellen kann.

Ich werde ab März ausziehen also meldet euch gerne auxh kurzfristig. Sowohl online Besichtigung als auch ein Treffen vor ort ist möglich. Wenn ihr die wg neben dran kennen lernen wollt, ist das natürlich auch möglich.
