Die Wohnung eignet sich für 1 / 2 Personen, ist 42 m2 groß und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer.
Es ist komplett möbliert und Sie finden darin alles, was Sie brauchen.
Es ist 2 Minuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt und ganz in der Nähe von Kaufland.
Dies ist nur möglich, wenn Sie keine Registrierungsadresse wünschen.

Bei Interesse schreiben Sie mir bitte und wir könnten einen Besuch und Besichtigungstermin nur in der ersten Februarwoche vereinbaren.

I'm renting my apartment with a balcony for 4 months because I have a new job in Berlin, and I would like to sublet my apartment and share it with someone who would take care of it while I'm not there.
The apartment is suitable to one or two people it is 42 m2 with one bedroom and one living room.
It is fully furnished and you can find everything you need in it.
It is 2 min from the tram station and very close to kaufland.
This is only possible if you do not need a registration address.
