Die Wohnung wird zum 15.10.2017 frei (evt. auch paar Tage früher).
Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster zum Balkon hin und ist mit einer großen Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Balkon liegt zum Hinterhof raus, sodass es sehr ruhig ist. Der Balkon ist extrem groß (es steht ein Sofa/Bett und eine Sitzecke (1 Tisch & 2 Stühle) drauf und es passt immernoch ein Wäscheständer drauf.
Die Küche ist optisch etwas vom anderen Wohnbereich abgetrennt. Die Einbauküche kann bei Bedarf drin bleiben.
Zur Wohnung gehört auch eine Abstellkammer auf halber Höhe im Treppenhaus.
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort besichtigt werden.
Man geht 3 Minuten zur Haltestelle "Pfeffingerstr".
Es kann sein, dass der Eigentümer beim Auszug die Miete erhöht. Das weiß ich aber nicht und wird sich erst in den nächsten Tagen rausstellen. Die Angaben hier sind mein aktuelle Mietkosten. Für die Bewerbung zur Wohnung braucht ihr eine Vorvermieterbescheinigung, eine Selbstauskunft und müsst die Gehaltsabrechnungen der letzten 3 Monate vorlegen oder eine Bürgschaft haben.
