Hallo!
Da ich von August bis Februar nicht in Leipzig bin, suche ich für meine Wohnung einen Zwischenmieter.
Wenn du also ein Semester in Leipzig verbringst, ein Praktikum machst oder erstmal Leipzig kennen lernen willst, bevor du dich hier länger niederlässt, dann ist das genau das richtige für dich!!
Meine Wohnung ist ca. 42m² groß, renovierter Altbau, schön hell und besteht aus 1,5 bzw. 2 Zimmern (je nachdem, wie man zählt): Es gibt Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, großem Schrank und Kommode, ein Wohnzimmer inklusive Küchenzeile mit Schreibtisch, Esstisch, Couch Fernseher und ausreichend Platz und natürlich ein Bad.
Auch sonst ist alles da, was man so braucht: Internet, Mikrowelle, Staubsauger…Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen im
Keller.
Zur Uni und in die Innenstadt sind es nur 10 Minuten mit der Bahn, 15 Minuten mit dem Rad und Supermärkte (Rewe, Aldi und Netto) sind auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.
Ein paar Meter entfernt sind ein kleiner Park, in dem man an warmen Tagen viel Zeit verbringen kann und ein Schwimmbad.
Alles in allem also eine schöne Gegend, in der es sich auf jeden Fall gut wohnen lässt!
Ich mache von Mitte August bis Mitte Februar ein Praktikum in England und bin dementsprechend unterwegs.
Wann genau und wie du einziehen willst, was hier bleibt oder weggeräumt wird-das klären wir dann.
