Es ist eine super helle Wohnung. Das Bad wurde vor meinen Einzug im Oktober letzten Jahres saniert. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat einen Innenhof und hat allgemein sehr viel Charm durch seinen Altbau-Flair. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Keller. Ich würde die Küche als auch Möbel wie Bett, Schreibtisch und 2 Kommoden gerne an den Nachmieter verkaufen wollen.
Ich ziehe nur aus, da mein Semester online stattfindet und ich mir die Miete sparen will und derzeit in der Heimat verweile.
Die Haltestation "Viertelsweg" liegt quasi genau vor der Haustür. Ein Haus weiter befindet sich ein Becker und nach einem Fußweg von ca 300m hat man schon den nächsten Konsum erreicht.
