Hallo liebe Suchende,
meine schöne Wohnung ist eine Zeit frei, da ich momentan nicht in Leipzig bin. Ggfs. bei beidseitigem Interesse kann die Wohnung übernommen werden. Die Bude ist fast nagelneu und besticht mit toller Grundausstattung. Eine kleine, aber feine Küche und ein geräumiges Bad sind vorhanden. Vor allem aber ist die Whg extrem hell und grade im Winter bekommt man sogar Sonne ab - wenn man die Fenster komplett öffnet, hat man quasi ein Balkonfeeling. Das Mobiliar entspricht nicht ganz den Fotos, es ist z.B. Keine Couch vorhanden- ich habe grade keine anderen zur Hand. Werde ich noch hochladen.
Wir können momentan gerne mal skypen. Besichtigungen sind dann in der Woche 25.01.-31.01. möglich.
Späterer Einzug wäre auch möglich !
In der Nähe sind zwei Rewe- quasi ein Katzensprung entfernt. Sbahn ist direkt im die Ecke und Tram hat man hier auch einige Linien , 11 und 32 etc.
