Liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
da ich zum Wintersemester 2013/2014 ins Ausland gehen werde, biete ich meine kleine Einraumwohnung in Grünau zur Zwischenmiete an.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und hat ein Schlaf-/Arbeits-/Wohnzimmer mit Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch und Regalen. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem im Sommer gut Tomaten und anderes Gemüse gedeihen, der aber genauso auch zum Hinsetzen und Entspannen einlädt.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Grünauer Allee (Tram 8 + 15) ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, bis in die Stadt braucht man etwa 20 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es rundherum, in 5 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß jeweils Netto oder Lidl, das Allee-Center ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarn sehr nett, man läuft ihnen allerdings eher selten über den Weg.
Parkplätze gibt es zur Genüge direkt vor der Haustür und Platz für Fahrräder ist im Keller.

I am offering my cosy apartment for intermediate rent. The place is fully furnished, has 1 room for sleeping, working, a bath room and a separate kitchen. There is also a small balcony.
Tram 8 and 15 are only 2 minutes on foot away, the ride to the centre takes around 20 minutes. There are several shopping possibilities close by (Netto, Lidl 5 minutes, Allee-Center 10 minutes on foot).
