Die wunderschöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 24 qm) in Leipzig-Neustadt besitzt eine Kochzeile und ein kleines Bad. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, mit Parkett, und außerdem ruhig, da es zum Hinterhof weist. Es ist bereits möbiliert - Esstisch, Schrank und Stühle. Im Keller des Hauses befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus (Mehrfamilienhaus)gelegen. Die Haltestelle ist genau vor der Haustüre, mit der Tram sind es nur 5 min zum Hbf. Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Viertel: Aldi, Rewe, Konsum, Mäc Geiz, sowie diverse Imbisse.
Ich bin Studentin und suche einen Zwischenmieter (Nichtraucher) für die Zeit meines Auslandsaufenthaltes. Die Wohnung kann also möbiliert übernommen werden. Ich bin auf dem Handy zu erreichen.
