Hallo ihr Praktikanten und Leipzig-Besucher,
ich mache ab April für drei Monate ein Praktikum in Berlin und möchte für die Zeit meine kleine aber feine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung vermieten. Meine Möbel lasse ich solange drin...
Das Zimmer selbst ist 19qm groß und mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt. Dazu kommt ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, außerdem eine separate Küche mit Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle.
Im Haus selbst geht es ziemlich ruhig zu, weil hauptsächlich von Familien und älteren Leuten bewohnt. In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man so braucht: Aldi, Edeka, Drogerie, Dönermann und die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist um die Ecke.
Mit dem Rad braucht man etwa 20 Minuten in die Stadt, ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Unibibliothek...
Für das Zimmer nehme ich 300 Euro monatlich. Darin enthalten sind Heizung, Strom und Internet-/Telefonflat.
