hallo, ich plane für ca 6 Monate zu verreisen, von November bis Anfang Mai, und würde daher gern meine Wohnung vermieten oder zwischenvermieten. Die Wohnung ist in Plagwitz, topsaniert, mit Balkon, Einbauküche (Herd, Geschirrspüler etc) ... Waschmaschine etc ... Z.zt auch möbliert ... Tische, Stühle etc ... das könnte ich, wie Ihr wollt, da lassen oder nicht.
wie schon erwähnt besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass ihr die Wohnung zur zwischenmiete übernehmen könnt.
Kosten: 280 Euro warm/Monat. (ist auch realistisch - ich bekam letztes Jahr eine Rückzahlung bzgl der Heizkosten)
