Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf Leipzigs Wahrzeichen (Uni-Riese, Rathaus und Völkerschlachtsdenkmal), Parkanlagen (z.B. Friedenspark) sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Tankstelle und Kaufland) sind schnell zu erreichen und auch sonst bietet die Wohnung alles was man braucht:
- kostenlose Waschmaschinenbenutzung (im Keller)
- eine Singleküche (Herd, Kühlschrank und Spüle)
- ein süßes kleines Bad (WC, Waschbecken und Dusche)
- 4 Fenster -> extrem hell!
- großzügiger Kellerraum
- angenehme Mieter im Haus (überwiegend Studenten)
Reudnitz ist im Kommen: langsam verschlägt es immer mehr junge Leute in diesen Stadtteil!
Man hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung ins Zentrum und die Szeneviertel wie Südvorstadt oder Plagwitz.
