Hallo!
Aufgrund meines Studiums muss ich aus meiner 1-Raumwohnung ausziehen. Daher suche ich zum 01.02.2015 oder zum 15.02.2015 einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist 41qm und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus verfügt über einen größen Hof und die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon. Die Küche ist separat und bietet sehr viel Platz. Auch das Bad ist sehr geräumig (mit Fenster) und bietet ebenfalls Platz für eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäscheständer. Auch im Flur ist Platz für eine Kommode o.ä.
Zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß, zur Straßenbahn ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß und mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls viele vorhanden (z.B. Netto, Kaufland, Aldi, Spätis uvm.)
Gegen einen Abschlag kann meine Küche übernommen werden.
