Tenants wanted for a one-room apartment near the university clinic.I am renting out my small but nice 1 room apartment since I’ll be traveling to Chicago to start my new job as a Care giver. The apartment is about 30 square meters and already furnished. The apartment is a bright, furnished 1-room apartment with a balcony and a small bathroom (no daylight). A kitchenette with crockery, coffee maker, toaster and kettle is available. The furniture is modern and new (Ikea).The apartment is quiet, is on a low-traffic street facing the green inner courtyard in the garden.
The university hospital is only a five-minute bike ride away, and it's a ten-minute bike ride to the main university building. There is a good connection to public transport and to theKVB lines 9 and 13 and the bus line 146, the stops are only a five-minute walk away.
The apartment is very suitable for students. The house neighbors are also mostly students. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement for a small fee. There is a bicycle shed in the courtyard. Pets are allowed
The apartment is quiet but central. In 5 - 10 minutes you can reach the center, the main campus and the Karli with its bars and pubs. If you are looking for greenery, the Friedenspark is not far. A little tip: You can easily reach the lakes in the south of Leipzig by bike in about 20 minutes. When the sun isn't shining, the S-Bahn and tram stations are just a few steps away
