Deine Wohnung befindet sich mitten drin. Direkt an der Karli, nur 140 Meter bis zur Kultmeile von Leipzig. 1.500 Meter bis zur Uni. Und trotzdem richtig ruhig, hell und schön viel Grün im Hinterhaus.
