I am offering a bright and beautiful 1 room apartment with windowed bathroom and separate kitchen in the east of Leipzig close to city center.
The apartment comprises approx. 46 m² consisting of 1 living/bedroom. 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate kitchen. With its 21 m² the living room is perfect for combining living and sleeping. All rooms have windows that makes the apartment shine bright.
The floor in the living room and in the hallway is laminated, the bathroom is tiled, and we have a PVC coated kitchen. A cellar compartment is also included.
There are a lot of shopping facilities nearby for your everyday groceries: Kaufland is just 8 min by walk and the next Späti not even two minutes away from your home.
The next tram stop Wiebelstraße is just 4 minutes away with lines 2, 4, 7 and 12 bringing you to the university or city centre in 8 minutes. Bus lines at the stop Breite Str. (lines 4, 70, 72 & 73) is accessible in 8 minutes by foot.
The apartment is not furnished and free of relation immediately.
