RESERVIERT Gemütliches möbliertes 20qm Studio zur Zwischenmiete 1 Jahr

Diese minimaliste, aber sehr gemütliche 1-Raum-Wohnung wird ab ca. Mitte September für 1 Jahr zur Zwischenmiete frei. Deshalb bleibt die Wohnung auch möbliert. Sie verfügt über alles was man braucht, nur in kleiner als gewöhnlich (Mini-Küche, Mini-Ofen, Mini-Bad, kleine Waschmaschine, die mega toll ebenfalls als Küchenablage dient :D). Die 3,20m hohen Altbauwände mit riesigen Fenstern zur Südseite geben einem aber ein Gefühl von Weite. Die meisten Dinge in dieser Wohnung haben mehr als eine Funktion, was ich persönlich ziemlich cool finde.
Ich wohne jetzt seit ca. 3 Jahren in dieser Wohnung und mag, dass man immer mal wieder etwas optimieren kann und seine Kreativität benutzen darf. Fühl auch du dich wie zu Hause und teste für ein Jahr eine minimalistische Wohnung :)

This minimalist and cozy 1-bedroom-apartment is going to be temporary free from mid-September for 1 year. That's why the studio will stay furnished. The apartment has everything you need, only smaller than usually (mini kitchen, mini oven, mini bathroom and small washing machine which also functions as the kitchen counter - yey :D). The 3,20m high ceiling with huge windows facing to the south give you a sense of greatness. Most things in this aprtment have more than one function, what I personally find pretty cool.
I am living in this tiny apartment for about 3 years now and I like about it that you can always optimize things and use your creativity. Make yourself at home and test a minimalist apartment for a period of one year :)
