Gemütliche 1-Raum-Wohnung in Zentrum Süd, zwischen bayerischem Bhf und Karli. Die Fenster und Balkon sind zum Innenhof raus, daher ist es trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig und man schaut statt auf die Straße auf Grün, was ich persönlich sehr toll finde.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit angrenzender Küche, wo ich die Tür entfernt habe, sodass es alles offener ist.
Zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl S Bahn, Tram als auch Bus innerhalb weniger Minuten und ist somit schnell überall. Dank der zentralen Lage erreicht man auch zu Fuß alles.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind Konsum, Aldi, Nahkauf, Lidl, Rewe.
Ich werde ab Oktober in Portugal für einige Monate zum Erasmus sein und daher vermiete ich meine Wohnung unter. Du kannst alles benutzen, was sich in der Wohnung befindet, solange du es mit Sorgfalt behandelst. :)
