A recently refurbished single apartment in a student accommodation building (Studentenwerk)

I am a student living in a single apartment (ca. 21 m^2) in one of the Studentenwerk accommodations in Leipzig and am looking for a new student who is willing and eligible to take over my current contract. It is on Strasse des 18. Oktober 17, 04103 Leipzig, which is near the Faculty of Chemistry of University of Leipzig. The building was completely refurbished last year and I have lived here from the beginning of May 2016. It has a private bathroom and a kitchenette and they are very new and clean. There are also induction hobs which I like very much. The room is bright, quiet and also cool in summer. I really love the place, to be honest, and I know many students are queuing up to get a room in this building. However, I am trying to move out as I am planning to live with my girlfriend in another place.

My current contract is from 1st October 2016 to 30th September 2017 (just 1 year), but it can be extended if the tenant wishes to, of it can be shortened to one semester only if the tenant informs Studentenwerk of it just before the end of this year. Most importantly, there are some requirements to live in Studentenwerk accommodations: the new tenant must be a university student who is not currently living in a Studentenwerk accommodation. You know, I cannot just terminate my contract. My moving-out is only possible if there is someone who is able to take over the contract.
