2 min zu Fuß zum Rewe, 5 min zu Fuß zur Tramhaltestelle Johannisallee, 7 min zur S-Bahnhaltestelle MDR.
Mietpreis: 260€ warm inkl. Strom & Internet
Voraussetzungen sind:
- Immatrikulation an einer der Leipziger Unis/FHs oder im Ausland
- KEIN bestehes Mietverhältnis in einem anderen Wohnheim des Studentenwerks

Hello! As I finished university I am looking for a new tenant for my appartment at Tarostrasse 12. The apartment is fully furnished and water, electricity and internet are included in the rent. There is a small kitchen separately from the bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
2 min walk to the Rewe, 5 min walk to the train stop Johannisalle, 7 minutes to S-Bahn stop MDR.
Rent: € 260 warm including electricity & internet
Requirements are:
- Enrollment at one of the Leipzig universities/universities of applied sciences or abroad
- NO existing tenancy in another student hall of residence
