Ich habe eine schöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen Leipzigs für September zur Zwischenmiete anzubieten. Sie hat einen Balkon, auf den - wie auch in die Wohnung - die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne scheint (Westseite). Sie ist vollständig und nett eingerichtet, ich würde alles dalassen inklusive PC, Anlage, Bett und so weiter und außerdem DSL-Flatrate und Telefonanschluss (die Gespräche sollte mir der Zwischenmieter natürlich bezahlen). Es wohnen viele Studenten in dem Haus, die Stimmung ist gut, man sitzt gerne auf dem Bakon. Es wäre nett, wenn der Mieter auf meine Pflanzen aufpassen könnte.
