Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine gepflegte 1-Raum-DG-Wohnung (32m²) im Hinterhaus (sehr ruhige Lage trotz Zentrum-West), ab frühestens dem 01.11.2011
Die Warmmiete meiner Wohnung beträgt 279,-€ plus Strom, Kabel & ggf. Internet & verfügt über eine Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler sowie ein Bad mit Wanne. Die Möbel könnten nach Absprache zum Großteil für einen kleinen Aufpreis übernommen werden ist aber kein Muss.
In meiner Straße befinden sich ein Aldi sowie ein Konsum, das Stadtzentrum erreicht man per Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Anbindung zum ÖPNV ist in umfangreichem Maße & ca. 5 Gehminuten vorhanden.
Gern kann die Wohnung nach Absprache besichtigt werden.
