Ich suche eine 1 Raumwohnung in Leipzig für maximal 300 Euro warm. Mindestens 20 qm und eine kleine Küche sollte schon drin sein. Es muss nicht viel sein, Herdplatte + Spüle + Kühlschrank + kleiner Schrank, das reicht schon. Im Bad reicht eine Dusche und vlt noch Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Ansonsten beim Wohnraum ca. 13 - 15 qm Platz für meine paar Möbel und guter Anschluss fürs Internet. Das ist momentan alles was ich mir wünsche.
Bezugsfrei wäre wünschenswert 01.12.2017, aber in anbetracht des heutigen Datums wohl eher 01.01.2018
