Hello Everyone,
As I am leaving Germany due to some health issues I would like to rent my apartment from January 1st 2022. The apartment is a single room apartment with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a small hallway. The apartment is in the heart of the city and the markets like Konsum are 2 minutes walk by. It is a lively location as there is a park nearby. The neighbors are so friendly. The rent of the room is 390 euros per month. As I am leaving the country I am leaving back my furniture, washing maschine and TV here while going back. They can be taken by the tenant who wants to rent the room at a good cheaper price. please let me know if you want to visit and rent the room. Thanks,
