Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim

Ich suche einen/eine Nachmiter_in für mein Studentenwohnheim Zimmer. Ich habe ein Jahresvertrag, welcher im Herbst ausläuft, es ist aber möglich auch länger zu bleiben. Voraussetzung ist der Nachweis einer Immatrikulationsbescheinigung für einen Studiengang und parallel eine Bewerbung für einen Wohnheimplatz in der Mainzer Straße https://www.studentenwerk-leipzig.de/wohnen/wohnheim-bewerbung aus Bürokratischen Gründen. Ein Einzug ist ab dem 01.02.2022 möglich.
Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Schrank) und gehört zu einer 2er Wg. Es liegt im 3. Stock und hat eine Größe von 14,13 m^2. Fahrstuhl, Waschmaschine und Fahrrad Keller ist ebenfalls im Wohnheim enthalten. Die Küche und das Badezimmer wird mit meiner sehr freundlichen Mitbewohnerin geteilt. Das Zimmer ist dank der großen Fenster tagsüber hell beleuchtet und bietet einen Blick auf einen Baum und die Straße. Das Wohnheim befindet sich im Musikviertel (Zentrum West) und liegt direkt neben der Erziehungswissenschaftlichen Fakultät ( Fußweg nicht länger als 5 min). Dazu ist ein Konsum direkt um die Ecke und eine Schwimmhalle, der Fakultät. Die Innenstadt ist in ca. 15 min mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn zu erreichen. Strom, Wasser und Heiz kosten sind in der Miete mit inbegriffen. Bei Fragen schreibt mich gerne an!


I'm looking for a next tenant for my dorm room. I have a one-year contract which expires in the fall, but it is possible to stay longer. Prerequisite is proof of enrollment in a degree program and an application for a dormitory place in Mainzer Straße https://www.studentenwerk-leipzig.de/wohnen/wohnheim-bewerbung for bureaucratic reasons. Moving in is possible from 01.02.2022.
About the room: The room is furnished (bed, shelves, desk, wardrobe) and belongs to a 2-person flat share. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a size of 14.13 m^2. Elevator, washing machine and bicycle basement is also included in the dormitory. The kitchen and bathroom is shared with my very friendly roommate. The room is brightly lit during the day thanks to the large windows and has a view of a tree and the street. The dormitory is located in the music district (Zentrum West) and is right next to the Faculty of Education (walking distance no more than 5 min). In addition, a supermarket is directly around the corner and a swimming pool of the faculty. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by bike or tram.
