Gesucht wird ein Zwischenmieter für meine Wohnung vom 01.11.2017 bis zum 30.04.2018. Zeitlich bin ich allerdings flexibel, die Zwischenmiete kann auch zu einem früheren Zeitpunkt enden.
Wie ihr auf den Wohnungsbildern sehen könnt, wird die Wohnung möbliert untervermietet.
Es handelt sich dabei um ein Boxspringbett (160 x 200 cm), einen Schreibtisch mit extra Regal, einen Schrank, eine Kommode und einem Flachbildfernseher. (TV-Empfang inklusive).
Zudem gehört zu der Wohnung eine eigene Pantry-Küche. Einen Ofen findet man in der großen Gemeinschaftsküche.
Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über ein eigenes geräumiges Badezimmer mit Fenster.
Die Uni ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Geschäfte des täglichen Lebens (Supermarkt, Friseur, etc.) sind ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Fahrradstellplätze und Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto.
In 2 Minuten sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Zum Sande bzw. Bahnhof benötigt man ungefähr 10 bzw. 15 Minuten.
Die Miete beinhaltet sämtiche Kosten sowie Internet.

Interim tenant for my studio apartment
I search for an interim tenant in the space of time from 01.Novemver 2017 to 30. April 2018.
You do not have to stay the whole 6 month in my studio apartment. The interim let could expire to a former point of time.
The studio apartment is ready-furnished as you can see on the pictures.

writing desk with an extra shelf

TV (flat screen)
Furthermore I have a little kitchen alcove inside my studio apartment. If you want to use an oven, you can go to the common kitchen, which is on the same floor.
The studio apartment have an own bathroom. The Bathroom is appointed with a shower and a toilet.
Location:
You can reach the University within a walking distance of a few minutes.
Supermarkets, hairdresser etc. are in the near of my studio apartment.
In front of the House you have the possibility to stable your bicycle into a bicycle stand. Additional you can find a parking area.
You can reach the public transport within a walking distance of 2 minutes. You need ca. 10 – 15 Minutes to the railway station by bus.

The rent is including full costs as well as Internet.
