Die kleine, gemütliche Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat 2 große Fenster. Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, jedoch bietet sie einen großen Wandschrank, wodurch du keinen Schrank mitnehmen musst. Im Keller hast du außerdem ein eigenes Abteil und einen Fahrradkeller. Ich hab noch ein paar kleine Sachen, die du gern übernehmen kannst, aber nicht musst.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Du läufst 5 Minuten zum nächsten Edeka, zur Bushaltestelle und zum Kurpark. Bis zur Uni und in die Stadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad maximal 10 Minuten. Bis zum Bahnhof fährst du mit dem Rad höchstens 15 Minuten. Alles wichtige ist also eigentlich sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen :)
