Ich suche eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine wunderschöne Einzimmerwohnung in Mainz-Drais. Die Wohnung hat einen großen Balkon und eine große Fensterfront, weshalb die Wohnung sehr hell ist (perfekt um Strom zu sparen). Sie ist mit einer Pantry-Küche ausgestattet. Ein Waschmaschinenanschluss ist in der Küche vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein geräumiges Kellerabteil und ein Bewohnerparkplatz ist auch vorhaden :).

Mainz-Drais ist ein sehr schöner, idyllischer Ortsteil von Mainz. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, dennoch sind die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fußläufig zu erreichen. 2 Bushaltestellen sind zu Fuß in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen, weitere in 7-10 Minuten. Mit dem Bus dauert es ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Ein Edeka ist auch fußläufig in 3-4 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch ein Arzt und eine Apotheke sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
In dem Flur steht ein schöner großer Kleiderschrank, der perfekt in die Nische passt. Dieser müsste für 100€ übernommen werden.
