Hallo,
Ich suche dringend einen Zwischenmieter/Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im ESG Wohnheim in Mainz. Das Zimmer ist 12 Quadratmeter groß ,hat ein großes Fenster mit guter Aussicht und einem Waschbecken.
Es befindet sich im ersten Stock und hat eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und 3 Bäder (jedes Bad wird nur von 3 Personen benuzt ), gibt's 2 Balkons und da Rauchen ist erlaubt.
Für weitere Infos sie können gerne mir schreiben... 🙂
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur 10 min. weit zu Fuß vom HBF Mainz und paar min. mit dem Bus. Es ist ganz nah zur Uni, man braucht keinen Bus dafür :)). EDEKA und ALDI sind in der Nähe..
Einziehen zwischen 20.08. _20.09. ist möglich. Ich werde komplett ausziehen und falls etwas gebraucht ist , kann ich gerne in meinem Zimmer lassen. Zurzeit ist Zwischenmiete befristet, aber kann auch für mehrere Monaten vermietet werden .
